  • • This new Terms and Conditions is applied since 1/6/2021.

  • • The accumulated spend will be calculated after the 7-day appreciation period and the return completion date of the order.

  • • The SILVER/GOLD/BLACK membership have 1 year of qualification period, and the system will automatically send an email notification as soon as the membership qualification is met.

  • • Membership level will be renewed annually, which is one year after the member registration date, and the membership level will be upgraded or maintained for the next year. If the accumulated spend during the period does not meet the requirements of current membership level, it will be adjusted to the corresponding membership level.

  • • Birthday gifts for SILVER/GOLD/BLACK members will be sent on the 1st of each month. If you get the SILVER or higher membership level after the 1st of your birthday month, the birthday gifts for the corresponding membership level will be sent on the 1st of your birthday month in the following year.

  • • D-points rebate can only be used within 365 days.

  • • D-points rebate will be calculated start from the date that the order creates.

  • • Shipping fee, handling fee & discount (including D-points deduction) will not be counted in the rebate.





How about the old membership system?

  • 1. The expiration date of existing SILVER members remains unchanged.

  • 2. The existing SILVER will be upgraded to GOLD or BLACK, the total accumulated spend and expiration date will be updated.


  • For example:
    Miss D is now a SILVER member (registered on 2020-06-16), the accumulation period is 2021-08-20~2022-08-19 / The expiration date of her membership is 2022-08-19. After the new membership system is launched, if the accumulated spend during the period has reached/exceeded the requirements for upgrading to another level, the new accumulation period will be adjusted to 2020-06-16~2021-06-15. The accumulated spend will be calculated on 2022-06-15.





How to know if my membership is upgraded?

  • The system will automatically send an Email & App notification as soon as the membership qualification is met. You can also login your member account and check the membership status.





VIP Lounge Booking

  • 1. Please enter D+AF Facebook Page, scroll down and fill in the proper info in the【VIP Lounge Reservation】box.

  • 2. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is successfully made (the email will be sent in 1-2 working days)


  • ※ 3F_VIP Lounge is open for SILVER /GOLD /BLACK Member only.

  • ※ The VIP Lounge booking must be made at least 3 days in advance, no on the day is accepted.

  • ※ The VIP Lounge booking must be modified or cancelled at least 3 days in advance if there is any sudden change.

  • ※ If the customer temporarily cancels the booking within 3 days twice and fails to come once, she/he will be disqualified from booking again.

  • ※ Only four people are allowed to make the reservation every one hour.

  • Foods & commercial shootings are not allowed in the VIP Lounge.

BLACK Member Gift (A pair of shoes for free):

• For customers living in Taiwan

  • The Customer Service (CS) will make a phone call with the customers to announce the upgrade and ask for the favored pair of shoes.

  • If the CS failed to get the customer’s related info within 7 days after the call, she/he will be disqualified from getting the gift.

• For oversea customers

  • The CS will send an Email to announce the upgrade and ask for the shipping information.

  • The international shipping fee will then be borne by the customers & should be paid in COD. Please refer to the 【International shipping fee】for further information.
