D-Points are a consumer rewards for D+AF members. Members can earn D-Points by purchasing items or deals on our official website.
100 points of D-Points can be redeemed into NT$1 and will be deducted from the total amount of the order. D-Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

Q3. How to use D-Points?
D-Points can be used to deduct the total amount of the order when checking out that applied on any items. 100 points of D-Points can be redeemed into NT$1 (including logistics service fees), the maximum deducted amount cannot exceed 20% of the total amount of the order.
There will be an expiration date for using D-Points so please refer to the description on your D-Points account.
Q4. If I want to apply for a cancellation or return of the order, will D-Points be reinstated to my account?
When the order is cancelled, the original D-Points deducted from the order will be automatically refunded to the original deducted account.
After the refund is done, the original D-Points deducted from your order will be automatically reinstated to your account.
※ It may take about 7-14 working days for the returning package to return from D+AF store to the warehouse. Once the customers applied for a cancellation or a return, their D-Points should be used within 14 days.
