Q1. What is D-Points?
D coins are a type of consumer reward launched by D+AF for our members. Members have the opportunity to earn D coins by making purchases on the official website or in stores, as well as by participating in events.
When shopping in-store, please show the D+AF official app. Log in to your member account and open your mobile membership card. The staff will scan your member barcode to ensure you earn points for your purchases. If you don’t show your barcode at checkout, you won’t be able to retroactively earn points.
D coins earned from in-store purchases will be credited within three business days.
- D-Points can be used to offset orders on the official website or exchanged for store discount coupons, branded items, limited edition products, etc., at the D-Points Mall. More redemption benefits will be introduced in the future, so stay tuned!
- D-Points can only be used for discounts or redemption of specified products on the official website and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. Once D-Points are used for discounts or redeemed for specified products or coupons, they cannot be refunded.
- The validity period for using D-Points is 365 days.
- D-Points obtained through special events should be used within the validity period specified in the event announcement. Each D-Points transferred to a member's account will display its usage period.

Q3. How to use D-Points?
- D-Points can be used as discounts when shopping on the D+AF official website, applicable to all products. Every 100 D-Points can offset NT$1 (including logistics service fees), up to 50% of the total order amount. (For regular members, Silver members, and Gold members, the maximum discount is 30%, while for Black members, the maximum discount is 50%.)
- D-Points can be used to exchange store discount coupons, branded items, limited edition products, etc., at the D-Points Mall. More redemption benefits will be introduced in the future, so stay tuned!
- D-Points sent out will have a usage period, please notice the D-Points instructions in your account.
Q4. If I want to apply for a cancellation or return of the order, will D-Points be reinstated to my account?
- When the order is cancelled, the original D-Points deducted from the order will be automatically refunded to the original deducted account.
- After the refund is done, the original D-Points deducted from your order will be automatically reinstated to your account.
- ※ It may take about 7-14 working days for the returning package to return from D+AF store to the warehouse. Once the customers applied for a cancellation or a return, their D-Points should be used within 14 days.
