International order information
• How do I apply for a D+AF membership?
You are welcome to apply for D+AF membership by clicking the【MyAccount /Join D+AF membership】button on the upper right-hand corner to fill out basic information, and get a D+AF membership.
• Quick account registration & login
After logging in via your Facebook/LINE account, D+AF system will automatically add you as a member.
• How do I purchase for the first time?
You can add item(s) to shopping cart then check out, and D+AF system would upgrade you to become an official member after the order was placed.
International payment
• You can use credit card, Line Pay or Alipay to make payment.
• Handling fee is depends on your card and issuing bank, you may contact issuing bank for more info.
• The actual amount will fluctuate according to the currency exchange rate. Please refer to the currency in NTD on checkout.
Overseas delivery and shipping fee
• If there are both in-stock and pre-order items contained in an order, the delivery date could be expected to be no later than the "Estimated Delivery Date" from the order. For international orders, we will ship your order once all in-stock and pre-order items are received.
• Please be aware of whether the courier service delivers to the recipient address. If the parcel was returned due to courier does not provide delivery service to the designated address, the order will be canceled, and D+AF would first deduct the outgoing and returning shipping and handling fees, and related incurred fee (if there's any), then refund the remaining amount & credit balance to your account. Besides Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, address information must be filled out in English according to the courier system. Please provide your address in English while placing the order, and do not fill out the address in Chinese.
• Overseas orders need to be consolidated for the shipment, therefore the delivery time will be longer. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• Considering the long distance, collision and minor damage to the shoeboxes are might occur during delivery. D+AF apologizes in advance for any inconvenience caused.
• Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes may be generated based on the custom rule of the destination country. If duties/taxes or any extra shipping fees exist, payments are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery.
• If the recipient address provided is in the non-business district or remote areas of Hong Kong and Macau, S.F. Express will charge an additional fee per parcel at the time of the delivery which is borne by the recipient. To avoid additional charges, customers are welcomed to provide the address of nearby S.F. Express pick up point.
• For Hong Kong and Macau customers, if the delivery address is provided at EF Locker or S.F. Express Center, please pick up the parcel within 7 days of its arrival. Once the designated time passed, penalty or additional address transfer fees generated are the recipient's responsibility.
• For delivery to Hong Kong & Macau, please don’t fill in the address of courier service center/ logistics company/ and port. If any additional charges occur, payments are the responsibility of the recipient.
SF-express shipping to Hong Kong Remote Areas Category >
• Hongkong 7-Eleven pick-up
• You need to complete the online payment before picking up the package at 7-11 store (you will not need to pay when picking up).
• Due to the volume limit for pick-up in the 7-11, an order can only contain 2 pairs of shoes (excluding boots), or a pair of ankle boots. Since high boots types are exceed the volume limit, so we don’t provide 7-11 pickup service for high boots, please place another order.
• Please note that if you select 7-11 pickup service, please fill in the correct phone number and collect it within 3 days after receiving the SMS. If you fail to pick up the package twice, you will be banned from using 7-11 pickup service.
• If the pickup is not completed within 2 days after the parcel arrives at 7-11 store, the courier staff will contact you and re-deliver the parcel to your address, and you might be charged for additional delivery costs. Please note that if the courier staff failed to contact with the recipient constantly, the courier company will not return the package nor the refund.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for sending and paying for shipping costs for returning their item(s). The original delivery fee and handling fee will not be refunded. For other details, please refer to the followings.
International Return Notice
• For international returns, customers are responsible for sending and paying for shipping costs for returning their item(s).
• Please put a note including the original tracking number and contact information in the returning parcel. And sign in to your D+AF account to add the tracking number at overseas consignment note via 【Member→Orders/Inquiries/Return】.
• Please do not send the parcel back using freight-to-collect service. Since we could not confirm the content, such parcels won't be accepted under any circumstances.
• Please be aware to note the tracking number and keep track of the returning parcel since D+AF does not share the responsibility of parcels not sent by us.
• Assessment of duties and taxes will be calculated based on custom rules of the destination country, if there's any tax generated in the returning process, the charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
• If the original promotion event, coupon, or free shipping cannot be applied to the same order after returning item(s), D+AF shall deduct the original shipping fee or discount when calculating the refund.
• 7-day-appreciation-guarantee for Hong-Kong buyers will start from the day of receiving the parcel from either convenient stores or home delivery. If your order is already exceeded the 7-day-appreciation, the return/refund application will not be accepted.

• Not accept return products under such circumstances
• 7-day return period has expired.
• Returned product(s) show obvious signs of being used, scratched, stained, stretched, damaged, or attached with any additional materials.
• Returned product(s) have missing parts or accessories, free gifts, dust bags, shoeboxes, etc.
• Please use at least an additional plastic bag to wrap the return shoebox and be aware not to stick the consignment note directly on the box. If there is any damage caused to the shoebox, an additional NT$50-$100 (per item) will be charged.
• How will the redeemed gift credits be reinstated after the return process?
Once the return process is completed, D+AF system will reinstate the gift credit points. The gift credits are effective immediately once they have been reinstated. If the reinstated gift credits shall be expired by the time, D+AF system will extend the effective date for 7 more days. For further gift credit information, please feel free to visit "Member→Gift Credit Balance" for more detailed information.
• How will the refund be calculated if the returned order has applied a promotional code?
If the remaining item(s) from the returned order cannot used the discount code or promotional event, D+AF shall deduct the difference in price when calculating the refund.
Credit Card Payment Refund
D+AF offers a direct refund to the original payment card. Refund may be listed on this month or next month's credit card statement (based on credit card payment closing date).
