Taiwan Receipt Lottery
• What is receipt lottery?
According to the Regulations Governing the Use of Uniform Invoices issued by Ministry of Finance, the invoice issued for consumption in D+AF should be sent in custody and the e-invoice will be sent directly to customer’s email.
If you need to request a paper receipt, please click on the 'Receipt Number' of the corresponding order in the Order Status. Select ' Request a paper receipt '. D+AF will send the original paper receipt by regular mail after a 7-day satisfaction period, and the buyer will need to redeem the prize themselves.
• When will the invoice be issued?
The date for receipt issuance: After the order has passed the 7-day satisfaction period and has been completed. You can go to the 'My Account' and check the issued invoice information under the 'Receipt info.' section.
• Winning Prize Notification
Each receipt gets a unique eight-digit number stamped on it. On the 25th of every odd month, the award will be matched based on the uniform invoice winning number announced by the National Taxation Bureau (kindly note that receipts that are used for donation or ones that are invalid will not be informed)

* For receipts that are not yet saved on the Cloud Invoice

A notice will be sent to the customer's email within 12 days if a prize is won. After the buyer consolidates the information, the receipt will be mailed to your designated address within 10 days.
* For receipts that are already saved on the Cloud Invoice
Please select【Barcode】or 【Citizen Digital Certificate】when doing the checkout:
Kindly note that the winning invoice will be processed fully handled by the Ministry of Finance. Please go to "The E-Invoice Platform of Ministry of Finance" for further inquiries.
• When customers apply for a return, you are agreeing to authorize D+AF to process invoices & related return certificates on your behalf. These documents will then be directly submitted to the Ministry of Finance to speed up the return & refund operation.
• Request Paper Invoice
My Account > Order Status > Receipt > Request a paper receipt > Fill in the corresponding information and click 'Submit'. You will receive the paper receipt within 10 days after you provide the shipping information.
How to edit my personal information and account password?
※ Your phone number cannot be edited if you use phone number to register.
※ Your Email cannot be edited if you use Email to register.
※ Your birthday and discount related info can only be edited once.
Forgot password, how to reset it?
• 【Member login→Forget password】 D+AF will send a verification code to your phone number if you are registered with phone number. Please fill in the provided verification code to reset your password.
• 【Member login→Forget password】 D+AF will send a verification code to your Email if you are registered with Email. Please click the link provided in the email to reset your password.
• FACEBOOK / LINE member account quick login, please reset the password via FACEBOOK / LINE member account.
