• How do I apply for a D+AF membership?
You are welcome to apply for D+AF membership by clicking the【Join D+AF membership】button on the upper right-hand corner to fill out basic information and get a D+AF membership.

After logging in via your Facebook/LINE account, D+AF system will automatically add you as a member.

• How do I purchase for the first time?
You can add item(s) to shopping cart then check out, and D+AF system would upgrade you to become an official member after the order was placed.

First purchasing SHOP NOW＞ step03.
Confirm item(s)/ Fill out info＞ step04.
Complete the order and automatically become D+AF member.

• Instruction of measurements
1. Foot length：The length between the tip of your foot and the back-heel area.
2. Foot width：The spacing between two sides of the outermost area of your foot.

Please refer to our size chart below. Our size recommendations are based on this chart. However, please note they may not be 100% accurate due to possible calculation errors and different foot shapes. Please take this into consideration while making size selection.
• In-stock product vs Pre-order product
Please check the "Estimated Shipping Date" listed on the product page before placing your order.
In-Stock Product：Order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekend and public holidays).
Pre-order product：We will ship the product no later than the "Estimated Shipping Date" stated on each product page.
※ Note：If you order two or more pairs of [In-stock product] and one pair of [Pre-order product], your order will be delivered all together on the day we deliver Pre-order product.
• What are the details of the 7-day return policy?
1. Customers may apply for one return (per order) on our official website (at Member→Orders/Inquiries/Return) within 7 days of signing and receiving the parcel.
2. Products and packaging must be in original condition. Return will not be processed if anything is missing.
• Period for changing/returning the products
For online purchasing: the customers can change/return the product within 7 days start from the date of receiving and signing the parcel.
For convenient store’s pick-up: the customers can change/return the product within 7 days start from the date of picking up the parcel from the store.
• How do I check my order status?
Click [Order Inquiry] from your account → Select "Order/FAQ/Return" to inquire → all of the products that you had ordered will be all listed out.
• How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered the packaging stage, you may cancel the order via 【Member→Orders/Inquiries/Return】 and cancel the order directly. Order cannot be canceled once it is already in the process of packaging.
• What happens if the product ordered is no longer available?
If any pre-order product is no longer available due to material supply shortage, we shall contact you as soon as possible via e-mail or text message.
• Out of stock
If the product you order is out of stock and will not be restocked, a text message will be sent to ask for the alternation or cancellation of the order. If you do not reply within the time limit, the system will automatically cancel the order and proceed with the refund.
• What should I do when pre-ordered products exceeding the add-on period?
If the pre-ordered products date exceeds the original set-up period, you will receive a notification of the arrival date on your email/message box. If you cannot wait, please cancel the order and get the refund.
