Gift credits
• Gift credit rules

Gift credit point=1 NTD (Gift credits CANNOT be cashed out).
The maximum discount is 20% off on a product (NOT out of an order subtotal and D+AF system shall allocate automatically).
Gift credit cannot be used with another discount/promotional event.
• How to apply gift credits to my order?

Please choose 【Gift credits】at the checkout, the system will then automatically calculated the amount.
• How to check my remaining gift credits balance?

After logging in, go to【Member→Gift credits,】 you shall have full access to check your remaining gift credit balance, expiration date, and all the details.
• Gift credit issue date/effective date/expiration date

The gift credits shall be issued into your member account within 4 days of completing an order eligible for the gift credit event (counts from the day in which an order has passed the 7-day return period or has completed the return process).
• Effective date/expiration date

Each batch of gift credit points could have different effective date/expiration date, and the effective/expiration date shall follow rules provided on the event description page.
D+AF system will automatically allocate gift credits to redeem at checkout. Gift credit points with the earliest expiration date will be redeemed first.
• How will the redeemed gift credits from returned or canceled orders be reinstated?

Once the return process is completed, D+AF will reinstate the gift credit points. The gift credits are effective immediately once they have been reinstated. If the reinstated gift credits shall be expired by the time, we will extend the effective date for 7 more days.

Coupon code rules may vary, please check the event description page to confirm the relevant information.
One coupon code can only be redeemed by a D+AF member account for one time. Please note that in case of payment failure or order cancellation, the coupon code cannot be used again.
• How to use a coupon code?

Please choose 【Coupon code】 and enter the coupon code you wish to use at the checkout.
• Will the coupon code still be valid if I have applied for a return?

If an order no longer meets the eligibility for a coupon code after returning, the prices of the order will be re-calculated, and D+AF shall deduct from the refund.

• Using Rules for Coupons

Each discount coupon has different usage rules. According to the instructions on the event page, a single order can only use one discount coupon only once. If the payment is unsuccessful or the order is cancelled, the discount coupon cannot be re-used.

※Discount coupons can't be used together with other promotions. For example: Lucky bags, Discount codes, Minimum purchase promotions, Gift vouchers, etc.
• How to use discount voucher?

When you have selected all of the items and put them all in the shopping cart, please select the [Voucher] you want, and the system will calculated the amount of your payment.
• How to check my discount coupons?

Log in to the [Coupon/Voucher] in the member section to check the total amount, effective date and usage details of the discount coupon.
• If I apply for a return, does the discount of the coupon still available

After the return, if the total amount of your order does not meet the discount coupons eligible amount, we will recalculate your order amount.

D-Point
• How does D-Points work

D-Points can be used to deduct the total amount of the order when checking out that applied on any items. 100 points of D-Points can be redeemed into NT$1 (including logistics service fees), the maximum deducted amount cannot exceed 20% of the total amount of the order. (Ordinary members may get deducted up to 10% and VIP member get deducted up to 20%)
• How to use D-Points

D-Points can be used to deduct the total amount of the order when checking out, select deduct from D-points and your total amount will be deducted automatically.
• How to check D-Points

Login to your member account, select D-Points to check the availability and expiry date of your D-Point.
• Will D-Points be reinstated to my account after the order being cancelled?

When the order is cancelled, the original D-Points deducted from the order will be automatically refunded to the original deducted account.
After the refund is done, the original D-Points deducted from this order will be automatically reinstated to the account.

※ It may take about 7-14 working days for the returning package to reach the warehouse.
※ Once the customers applied for a cancellation or a return, their D-Points should be used within 14 days.
